SHIPPING POLICY — SMARTCARDD

At Smartcardd, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing Time

  • Prepaid orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
  • COD orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order placement
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day

Shipping Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery across India: 5 to 8 business days
  • Remote or rural areas may take 8 to 12 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 499
  • COD orders may have an additional handling charge which will be shown at checkout
  • Exact shipping charges, if any, are displayed at the time of checkout before payment

Courier Partners

We ship pan India using trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ekart, and Blue Dart. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and availability.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or phone number via SMS
  • You can use the tracking number on the respective courier partner's website to track your order in real time

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse
  • Re-shipping charges will apply if the customer requests re-delivery of a returned order

Product Damaged in Transit

  • If your product arrives physically damaged, please email us at Supportteam874@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos or a video showing the damage
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund based on product availability
