REFUND & RETURN POLICY — SMARTCARDD

At Smartcardd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
- Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal hygiene products (face brushes, insoles, massagers, hair tools) once opened or used
- Baby safety products if used or packaging is opened
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products with broken seals or removed tags
- Items returned after 5 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Supportteam874@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 to 48 hours
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Missing parts or accessories
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for cases where replacement is not possible
- Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- COD orders: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI (bank details required)
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product) — we bear the shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference — customer bears the shipping cost
