REFUND & RETURN POLICY — SMARTCARDD

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

At Smartcardd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal hygiene products (face brushes, insoles, massagers, hair tools) once opened or used
  • Baby safety products if used or packaging is opened
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products with broken seals or removed tags
  • Items returned after 5 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Supportteam874@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Attach clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 to 48 hours
  4. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Missing parts or accessories

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for cases where replacement is not possible
  • Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI (bank details required)

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product) — we bear the shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference — customer bears the shipping cost
